The Safest Way to Ship
We want your prints to arrive in perfect condition. While we offer returns, our goal for you to be completely happy from the first moment you open your new print!
For this reason, we take many steps to ensure that your print arrives to you completely beautiful.
Learn more about the how and why of our shipping method below.
1. Shipping Tubes
By far the most protected way to ship art prints is in highly durable shipping tubes. These sturdy steeds resist both compression and denting while in transit.
Additionally, the majority of the tube is composed of biodegradable materials.
2. Acid-free Protective Sleeve
The enemy of longevity for art prints is dust and contact with non-acid-free contaminants. To protect your print from both of these factors, we ship it to you in an acid free protective sleeve. This serves to protect it during transit, as well as short-term storage and even display option while you get your print framed (we've seen a number of customers love this sleeve so much they keep it!).
3. Biodegradable Tissue Paper
Either end of the print is cushioned with acid-free, biodegradable tissue paper to prevent the print from sliding during transit as well as to assist in easily uncurling your print (helpful instructions on uncurling your print comes with it).
4. Anti-Tamper Tape
Biodegradable and 100% recyclable tape is applied to both ends of the tube to both double secure the caps to the tube, as well as to prevent tampering.
Through all of these measures, we have achieved phenomenal results.
We've run extensive experiments to ensure that we only use materials which are strictly necessary. While we are constantly striving to improve the quality of our shipping processes and decrease our environmental impact, the quality of what we send is our first priority.
We aim to get it right the first time, especially since returns have a detrimental environmental impact in terms of materials, transportation, and energy usage.
